Do you think there any good?
Maybe just the prints?

Yes, start the prints on agar. Not sure about the syringe, but try it.

Huge difference. Grain needs pc and clean prints (low likelihood) or agar. Pf you can get away with a lot more. What's your plan?  Have you done bulk before?

I want to colonize  some millet/ rye and spawn
To h/poo and go mono tub .
Just want to know if spores survive that long
Under regular conditions?

Yes they do. But you need to start on agar because i assure you the prints are not clean

Have you tried pastys plates?  You're taking a chance with just dropping spores in the grain. Going agar will seal the deal on getting fruit.

My suggestion:

Old Print -> New/Clean Syringe -> PF Tek Cakes -> Fruit in SGFC -> Print clean/fresh Fruits -> Inoculate Grain -> Spawn to Bulk
