Since I got my new phone I've been on the hunt for stuff to do on it, especially at work where my workstation is so firewalled and locked down I cant hardly do anything to pass time on my 12 hour shifts when things get slooooow.
I came across this list on gamesradar. I'd like opionoins from people if anyone has played some of these games and if they really are good,.

Its their top 50 best android games. Obviously phone games generally kinda suck compared to console and PC counterparts but there is no reason with todays phone hardware that we should start seeing some proper A+ rated games.

root phone then install freedom.apk if a game is compatible with freedom, it is one you want.

Got both of those, I play plague inc on my PC though, its a better version IMO.
Clash of ClanlifesuckingAndeatingmywallet I play also with shroomismskank and other shroomery kids here,.

If you are spending $$on coc then you should look into rooting your devise and installing freedom.Apk. I tested it and it works well with coc, even the $100 packs.

Is this the right link for it? can you look this over and make sure I'm not about to install some package that claims to be, but isn't, the freedom.apk you are talking about? I know this LOOKS like it but I'm worried about installing a trojan/fake package posing as it.

I've been using it for years. The only oddball thing that has ever happened to any of my devises is the play store sometimes gets added to my host file. If that happens use root browser to add a #in front of the IP and it wool start working again. The directory for that is /etc/host. Any text editor works.

sweet. I'll check it out. Editing a host file aint no thang since I'm unix savvy, was more concerned about them somehow setting up a watch/catch for people using it and banning/blocking them either from specific games/apps or just systemwide, since technically you are haxoring a way around their pay gate.

Doesn't work for Clash of clans. When I try to purchase gems in game its all greyed out saying I need to update my google store first, but if I turn freedom off its all fine and dandy.

It says on their webpage:
You should use Freedom every time you want to use free in-app purchase, e.g. Freedom is a launcher for your apps.
And this program does not work with online applications and will never work with online applications.

tell i ateshaggy not me, he is the one who said it worked.
And CoC does use the google play store for gem purchases, the online stuff they are talkijg about is when the app has its own pay gate that goes around or doesnt use the google store at all. Like an mmo where you log iunto the mmo and your purchase occurs directly on their setup. Lots of these games may look like their pay stuff is on their own server but really its all just hooked into the play store. From what I have read it looks like not to far back it WAS working on CoC but no longer does.

Thats what I was hoping! I was thinking, DANG THESE NEXT FEW WARS ARE GUNNA RAWK OUT WITH MY CAWK OUT ALL OVER THEIR TOWNHALL.

That sucks, it literally worked for me when I posted and doesn't anymore. You could always dig in the data files and see if it saves gems in plain text. I have gotten lucky like that once.

That sucks serious ass!! Wish I saw that when you first posted it...what I wouldn't do for 14,000 gems..
I just tested it out.. worked in every game I have except clash of clans and samurai siege (clash clone).
Tried using it in Clash.. it did come up with the "freecardxxxx" thing and I tried it. Said something about some purchases taking up to 30 mins to clear.. now the buy gems thing is greyed out. Been almost an hour. On my phone it says transaction still pending please wait. I closed out freedom and it's still greyed out.... tried logging in on my PC, and it's greyed out there too.. saying google play store app needs to be updated..... damn I hope I don't get banned from this...

Same thing happened to be shroomismskankles. Just back the software out and remove it (MAKE SURE YOU STOP IT FROM RUNNING FIRST, DO NOT DELETE WHILE ITS RUNNING) and then in a few hours to a day your CoC gem purchase will be bacjk to normal. It just takes a while for the purchase attempt to fail out it looks like.
I think that chances are the recent updates to CoC is why it doesnt work currently, not because they changed their payment structure or anything bnecause mine also said freecard134135325 whatever like it was going to work. I'm thinking perhaps when they put out another update on freedom it will work again hopefully.
Basically I'm hoping the normal CoC patching just changed their files around to much so the freedom breaks. Not that they purposely blocked it or anything. Seems they would be more obvious and apparent if they purposely were trying to stop freedom from working.

It took a few days but the gem purchases went back to normal.
I tried it again and it's greyed out again
