Right on spiritball. That is some Jedi shit.
This probably is a good thread for LC debates. I mean if you known what you are doing And can be successful at it awesome. I just don't advocate them for new growers. I have an LC of KSSS in my pantry.

spacechildo said: this sounds so weird! I cant remember who, but another member here didnt get a clone to take onto his brf paste agar! When I used it both transferring clone tissue and swiping spores worked like a charm. transferring brf paste is a PITA compared to agar, but it always took to my grains. I doubt there is a wrong kind of WBS, its just a possible explanation we give ourselves. I once blamed my new brand of coir when my multi-contamed jar wouldnt grow properly on the CVG mix. but why brf paste wouldnt take to grains I have no idea.. is that red food coloring in your pic also brf agar? Mine looked like shit, and even worse after transferring. got the job done tho..
Yeah, I use food coloring on the first one sometimes to make it easier to see 'tams, but just to go from spores without making a syringe. I made a clone once but never ended up using it. It is a massive PITA to cut sections but after using it dozens of times I have it down to an art. And you're right, it could be a ten dozen different things. I'm good at making spawn and fruiting, but not so much at starting out. Lack of experience, because once I have something going I just keep it going as long as I can. Lazy bastard.

Just doing 3 monos right now, don't have anything else going. Planning on getting some PE and doing that next.
Here is my TC tub I am about to harvest. I had a thread on it awhile back and thought it was contamed and not going to do anything. It still smells a bit funky and I can't figure out the fuzzy feet problem, but it looks like it will yield a decent amount. I can't get any more FAE without sacrificing humidity, so it's kind of pissing me off.
TC tub starting to pin
GT tub in fruiting
Here was my last grow's first flush, GT. <--- makes a great background and second flush... aanndd third flush which I completely neglected

Around the beginning of July my assistant and I made a bunch of syringes and spore containers out of washed out dog vaccination capsules. We didn't have enough syringes/large enough ones and were tired of having to knock up six at a time.
Two weeks into it, weird black contamination called "mucor" forming in all thirty jars. REALLY hurting at this point as those were my last few syringes of KSSS:
Out of the thirty jars three survived and is fruiting:
Refilled our little spore capsules and syringes with a new set of Cambodian cubes thanks to Premedman1. Twelve jars colonizing spread apart from one week to one month in growth rate.
Figured out my contamination problem, too much moisture in the jar. A noob mistake but a learned mistake.
(EDIT)My jars were shot upright, not on their sides.

Just harvested these 2 cakes yesterday. Dried the fruits out and about to begin taste testing them in a few hours. 56 grams wet came out to 6.3 grams dried. I redunked them and put them back in for a second flush I should be harvesting the other 8 cakes in there by weeks end and next week I got another 20 cakes to enter into 2 other SGFCS. After those cakes are done I am moving on to bulk.

Both are making me drool. I haven't grown a plant in a few years. I forgot how pretty they can be.

Thanks Mr Top
I'm seriously dancing around waiting for them to get done! I got luck with the Pink Lemonade because it was my only seed (regular) and turned out to be female!! Needless to say I took clones and also come to find out the bud is PINK. Not purple, no light purple, pink my budday said it was a very rare phenotype of the Pink Lemonade.
