Yes. If they didn't you wouldn't be able to buy spores for varieties like AA+.

You know, I didn't even consider that, but damn that does make a lot of sense haha.

whats everyone's opinion on a good compost/fertilized lawn strain? i feel like a spore bath slurry, broadcast onto the garden or compost pile would be advantageous to the cause, as nature is the first mushroom cultivator, and technically the only one since we are nature... at any rate, a compost/garden/lawn shroom would be a nice addition, since it comes with plausible deniability to a certain degree, if one is careful. It would also, be a hassle free method, perhaps just water more than usual, variabalisticly speaking.

Imagine a thing with an inside and an outside, could be anything, now take away either the outside or the inside without destroying the thing.. perception manufactures illusions of separation, within the whole. to experience the universe as it truly is, is to have no experience, because it is to have all experience at all times, language, or at least English, does not have a way of describing this in a non contradictory fashion.

Only one of those I have done so far is B+ and it must have been a bad syringe cuz all of my other jars did great. The B+ was pitiful at best buti understand its just a fact of life that we will get bad spores now and again, just was bummed after all the good stuff I kept hearing about B+, that's its tough n resilient etc..

Sorry if u already know this... But I thinks any P. Cintulus is good. I have not YET tried pan subs/cincts but that only b cuz I did not have enough time this year. Liked ur comment about nature and that we are in fact nature. And I think any Pan sub would be deniable b cuz they grow naturally in all 50 states and most countries, islands and places around the world.

From the "7 GREAT tips before posting images" thread

I've noticed people take pictures of the tiny spawn points in their jars, their bags, birthed cakes, and their petris with attached questions about contamination, or general health of their project.

I've also noticed that 63% of the time the photo is of such poor quality that its hard to even see what they're referring to in the photo, let alone try and identify what the problem might be.

so, here are a few tips that shouldnt take much (if any) extra time in taking photos!!

1. try not to hold both the camera and the subject - both hands shaking out of sync makes for a LOT of blur. if possible, use a tripod and place your subject on a non-moving surface (like a counter top)
2. dont use a flash. it might make you think that it clears things up, but when it adds a lot of 'white' reflections to a jar, wrinkled bag, or already white petri mycelium. it makes it very difficult for the viewer to distinguish between what is flash and what is not, even if its easy for you. not using a flash makes the first tip much more important!!
3. if you have a simple paint program (MS Paint, Paint.NET, GIMP, Photoshop, etc) then it might be worthwhile to highlight the area in question so that failure to do steps 1 & 2 are less distracting.
4. Use sufficient lighting. this will ensure minimal blurriness, nice evenly distributed exposure. also refrain from letting things (even the subject itself) cast a shadow on itself, if possible.
5. If you're worried about exposing your culture to contamination, then prepare your area before open or move your containers in question.
6. dont use a cell phone, your iphone might take a great beach photo but with a much more specific subject the lens quality of your cell phone wont compare to a DSLR or even a cheap $150 compact camera.
7. REVIEW YOUR IMAGES, if you cant tell whats happening, then nobody else will be able to, either.

I know people are impatient and want their questions answered quickly and the best excuse to bypass the search function is to say 'well im not sure this is what MY problem is, can someone verify?' but when you get overly excited about the loop hole you think you've just discovered please realize that you're creating more inconvenience by asking people to ask you to retake your photos.

If you're still not convinced then perhaps you should consider the accuracy of a diagnosis -- better image quality leads to a more accurate diagnosis. it is always in your best interest to have quality images, and quality images are much easier to take than you might think. Even better incentive should be if this were a RULE!!

Okay so I have some alleged "Blue meanie" Psi. Cubensis spore syringes. Got them from a real reliable vendor. I was wonder though what type of growing medium worked best for this strain. I know that Blue meanie is also know as the Pan. Cay. which is why I am wondering what it really is...

Doing them right now. Far as I understand you treat them just like cubes, they love the heat being a tropical/subtropical species and they like poo.

They are cubes. Just ones that were given a name by a shady dude designed to confuse people.

Hello there, do you know any cubensis strains that do not require thermal shock (temp differences) to fruit?
I heard this is the case for a few strains but they didn't give the info on what one

No cubes require a temp shock of any kind. Both colonization and fruiting is good from anywhere between 65f-80f.
