 Strange Growth in qt Jars

So i have noticed strange growth during the final days of my qt jars colonizing.
Here are some pics:
These were inoculated using G2G transfer. I did the G2G in a well sealed glovebox.
2 days after i saw grow. It took about 17 days to get full 100% colonization. The incubation area where the jars were kept never got above 80F.
I just feel those marshmallow looking white mycelium growth is not normal. I don't see any other color but white though.
Has anyone else seen this in their jars?
Let me know what you think.

hmmm I am rethinking G2G now. There is too much room for contams without a flow hood.
I have opened jars that looked similar to the ones pictured above and spawned them just weeks ago. Are there trich spores all over my room/apt that will constantly infect future projects, or will I be okay continually working with a clean well built glove box?

HUGE Gif. I like it!
Here is the glove box i have used just a few times.
I used it with the lid up. Make sense to put it lid down though, i see the reasoning behind that.
I just flipped mine over to test it out and it works just as fine. I will be trying it out soon.
I haven't seen many people do what i did with the arm holes. I used large latex gloves, cut each one into a large square then secured them around the holes to create less room for air to flow while maneuvering. After many uses i can remove the latex and apply new fresh ones.

How long have they been sitting fully colonized for? I've seen my jars do this after they've sat for awhile, digested some grain, the mass pulls away from the jar and you get growths like this.

Those two jars pictured above had just finished colonizing. Other jars that were part of the same G2G batch never fully colonized 100%. I ended up tossing these. I started over with a spore syringe 2 weeks ago and already have a jar 100% without the strange trich growth.

What do you guys think about this jar here?
Inoculated 7/31 with MS, 3 1/2 cc's.
Reached 100% on 8/20 or so. I shook at 40%, which took almost 2 weeks to get there.
I just placed in the fridge today because I will not use this for GLC or G2G for another week or so.
Out of the 3 jars I inoculated, with 3.5 cc's MS, this one took the longest to reach 100%.
It looks healthy, but I just had a question about some growth I just recently noticed.
The first picture below is what I am referring too.

That jar looks very suspect to me
I was thinking too with the hand holes you have touch the dirty outside of the "flaps" to get into your SAB, maybe your picking up nastys that are getting In Your jars, especially while g2g, just a thought though. I keep my gloves wet with alcohol while I'm doing g2g

I think you have some possible pinning going on as well as contamination.
Those covers on your SAB rubs on your sleeve when you move your arm around. It's rustling up whatever contams you might have on your sleeve. Remove it and just use 2 plain arm-holes. My SAB

...that's quite a bit of spore solution to be inoculating with as well.
Excess water can be a root of contamination.

Thanks for the response's everyone, I appreciate it. Makes total sense to me now. I think the latex flaps are harboring some contams. I do try to wipe them down with 70% iso but there are far too many nooks that my tyvek sleeves rub against.
As for the 3.5 cc's, my rye grains are bone dry on the outside just before pc'ing. The 3cc's MS speeds up the process and I noticed this to work well many times in the past.
And luckily this is only 1 jar, not plural; I have not opened this jar and i don't think i will based upon the comments above. This one was too wet probably and took too long to reach 100% IMO. Out of the 3 i knocked up the other two have proven very good and healthy so far...
