There's been a thread on this before if you search. I've never really been able to focus enough to play a game while on shrooms.

GTA? christ no. I'd play GTA if I were on bath salts.

Seconded, on any sizable dose I think I'd have trouble wanting to focus on a game for long enough to consider it "playing". Maybe something like Skyrim or Fallout on easy difficulty? Just wander around being a god.

I always think I'm gonna play a game while tripping, I usually quit after 5 minutes.  Maybe super Mario or something. A first person shooter would probably be too hard on shrooms.

The Taiko Drum Master games might be a good choice.Audiosurf and the Katamari Damacy titles are also good for that purpose.

the colors/visuals and nostalgia omg
even the soundtrack was psychedelic
not to mention dancing little mushrooms on the ground? which i seemed to only notice when i was tripping (it was only 1/3 of an 1/8 but the best time of our lives)
but more recently rayman origins or legends for really nice graphics would be better (will be for my next one  )

Dude you should try Saints Row 4! Its so fun! Its really colorful and euphoric, so fun to play! Also for the people complaining about not being able to concentrate enough to play a game and trip, I used to have the same problem. I just take a lower dose 1-2 grams, for a night of gaming! Seems to be mellow enough to focus better while still having a great trippy time!

check out resogun, its on the ps4 and it is one of the craziest games i have played tripping.
its a lot like everyday shooter the graphics are just way crazier.
I offered the game to my friend and he said "i don't want to be god" lol n00bs

Are you trying to tell me that that game is better than scribblify or kaliedoscope x when tripping? 
That might be cool on a really low dose or some weed. Not sure if you've noticed, but strong doses of psychedelics make screens very colorful and fractal and it becomes very difficult to comprehend/play a game like that, let alone enjoy it. It looks very colorless/claustrophobic.
Ideally you want something that does not require logic, something that is extremely colorful, psychedelic, and gives you full creative control. I highly recommend you try Scribblify and/or kaleidoscope x before implying that that game is better when tripping. It's definitely worth buying an ipad just for Scribblify and Kaliedoscope X if you trip every weekend like I do. the states of consciousness/bliss Ive experienced on scribblify's kaleidoscope mode with multicolored brushes are mindblowing.

Haha, wow, that's an interesting response for someone so exposed to heightened levels of consciousness. I was simply offering up another game to the OP, I don't believe at any point in my one-word post that I made any comparisons to the games you suggested.

Surgeon Simulator while you're tripping is the most hilarious shit ever. Lyne is also pretty fun...but my favorite games to play tripping are either highly immersive, intense games ala Dead Space or Far Cry 3 or complex strategy games like city-builders (Anno 2070, Factorio), the Total War games, or XCOM: Enemy Within...as of recently it's been Enemy Within. I mean...who doesn't like out-thinking and outshooting some alien bastards

GTA 5 is a must - I Just drove round for what seems like hours really fast but never crashed - such a relaxing surreal experience I never thought I'd get from a gta game! the light and colours music atmosphere I saw in a different/better way when tripping

super mario bros wii.
zelda skyward sword
dk country returns.
It just depends what mood you're in. I prefer video games on acid much more than shrooms. shrooms is more about nature IMO. Acid is stimulating and you feel more connected with electronics and such...

Oh and metro, just played that on acid but it was almost overwhelmingly intense and pretty fucking fascinating, i mean theres so ridiculously much detail and atmosphere. Metro is a definitive for psychedelics
