Not sure yet, haven't formed a solid opinion. Only played it for about an hour and a few quests.
It's definitely interesting.. different from your average GTA, very "techie"... but I'm feeling a bit of the scripted Ubisoft-ness that I've been getting from a lot of their recent games like the latest Assassins Creeds...  I dunno yet.. we'll see..

I went by your advice and got more VRAM, 4GB this time, put the 2GB one in my 4770k machine.  Now I have a spare 750ti, going to see if I can gain anything with SLI.

I just grabbed a 780 but it's only got 3gb vram, but that should be more then enough for me right now.  Anyhow, I also got Watch dogs with the promotion and it seems decent. I haven't played it that long since it hasn't held my attention that well but i didn't dislike it terribly or anything when I played. I did enjoy the time I spent playing it, just that there are other games I would rather play.

Been playing it a bit more...  I like it... you are like a hacker.. you can hack peoples phones that are walking by you... and personal details and steal money from their ATM... hack into security systems and video camera and whatnot... it's pretty damn interesting. Getting detected and chased by cops is Very dynamic... you have tons of options for losing cops, such as when you are driving if you have certain abilities, you can change upcoming lights and cause an accident, you can "neutralize" the cop car behind you at certain points if you hit your hack when passing over certain areas that have that stuff, or you can hack them and raise up blockers in the road or tire spikes at certain points. Very interesting stuff. Much more dynamic than GTA.

The character and NPC AI is also MUCH more intelligent and realistic than GTA for example. Like if you just pull out a gun in public people start freaking out and saying all kinds of different things. If you cause a big car accident at an intersection by changing the lights, everyone will get out of their cars and be like "Is everyone ok?" I'm calling my insurance.. etc.. and people on the side of the road will be standing there recording the scene with their cell phones. Very realistic reactions and things to everything. If you steal a car from someone, sometimes they will just run away screaming.. other times they may grab their cell and call the cops, or a witness may call the cops.. and then you have to escape.

That said the storyline and main campaign quest feels pretty scripted and very much seems to follow the typical Ubisoft pattern.

It's a good and interesting game so far from what I've played, but it's not completely sucking me in yet. There's other games I'd rather play. But I'll probably play through it late nights when I want an hour or two to kill.

I'd say it almost like Mission Impossible or something meets GTA

I just started playing this.
I love driving the cars during a police chase.
So much fun to run into them and take them out.

Nice I just recently picked up a 2nd 4gig 680 classified.  I like watchdogs tho, but like most open world games like this I lose interest.  i am halfway thru this and black flag.

And yes 2 GB is not enough to run at 1920x1080 at full settings.  I hit over 3 in modded skyrim.

Yeah i torrented it fsho.  IPtorrents.  And yeah i thought the same thing, i get bored watching a game play itself for extended periods of time.  New Order was off the fuckin chain tho.  I mainly have been playing slpha open world survival kickstarter games with what little free time i have.  Space engineers, stomping lands, and looking at no mans sky and star citizen to release.

So yeah.. I also torrented it and got bored of it after a couple more hours of play. Way too much scripted BS and cut scenes.. typical Ubisoft.

It's the same reason I can't play the new Assassin's Creed games. So much scripted shit.. and how you do the missions.. it's like you HAVE to complete a certain mission or you are stuck in an endless loop where it keeps restarting over and over.. where's the open world sandbox??? I play these games to have fun, not to watch a fucking movie.

Funny thing is the official release of the game suffered from ALL kinds of glitches and bugs and shit, but apparently the pirated copies work perfectly fine. I didn't run across a single glitch in mine.

But yeah... game has some cool ass features... but it falls way short of being a fun open-world GTA clone, got sick of it real quick.

What I dont understand is why people make open world car games and make the driving like you are driving on air. Also you hit phone booths etc and dont slow at all.

So there's one part where you have to go after Racine, but it's not possible to complete because of their stupid time limit, which expires before you can even get in the car, and forces you to replay it over.

I quit the game.

I beat that one... although it took me like 30 tries.. it's not impossible... but it's REALLY fucking hard. You have to time everything perfectly.

But yeah then like two missions after that one.. I got stuck on one that seemed almost impossible and forces you to repeat it over and over and over and over... I quit after that one. Fucking stupid as shit how it forces you to keep repeating the missions over and over if you fail.
