What are some of the most active online PC games right now? Could be anything, shooters, racers, rpgs, idc...
I just need to find something new and entertaining I enjoy.
I'v played:
Runescape WoW GTA Combat Arms Battlefield Heros Audition League of Legends Age of Empire
Can't remember em all.. But hopefully that gives a more clear idea of what i'm interested in!
Thanks In Advance!

Played the wildstar beta and it seemed pretty fun. If you raided in WoW when it was actually challenging and liked it, you'd probably like wildstar.

Its a lot of fun. Different then a lot of mmorpgs for sure. There is tons and tons of questing of course, because its an rpg, but youn can start pvping once you hit level 10. It will auto level you to 50 and scale your stats up if you are under 50 when going into cyrodil to pvp, of course you will not have nearly the skills and passives built up on your character that early on but you can still pvp and get kills since the battles are all variations and sizes. From zergs to small groups of people sniping stragglers. Seige weapons and such also.

You have caught my interest.. Any other major reasons this game would win over my 15 bucks a month? :P

Man, the scathing reviews are keeping me away from ESO. I might consider it because I want to play with fellow members here as it seems like a good crowd and fun. But, damn. The reviewers haven't been kind!

Steam has a good free mmorpg called rift. Very similar to wow/eq/etc. but still very different

Gaming reviews are the worst fucking shit ever.
Gives call of duty, battlefield and every other played out game that's been beaten to death 9/10 every year and will put down every other game for minor flaws in a game.
I don't ever read reviews. I talk around, look at youtube videos and see if it looks any fun.
If you're willing to pay, ESO looks like the best MMO out currently.

I've played Rift a decent bit. Looks quite good, gameplay is fun and pretty fresh, although along the lines of WoW. There are 10 souls I guess now, for each archetype class, and you choose a combination of three of those to make your class. Makes for a good number of interesting unique composite classes. Battlegrounds and dungeons are a good time, especially newer content. Free expansions and game, with purchaseable content being more of an option than necessity. I've got two 50s chars on the PvP server. If you're tired of the WoW playstyle, you may want to find something else, but if you're looking for a more modernized and less cartoonish WoW, then Rift fits the bill. Has a good bit of a steampunk theme alongside the traditional fantasy norms. Pretty expansive world with the expansion areas, also.
Being thinking about starting back up in EVE, have a 24 mil SP char floating around somewhere.

WoW is still a classic if you haven't played it. The first two expansions are worth it, after that it's kind of just more of the same. I enjoyed LOTRO also, I don't think I enjoy ESO as much as I did vanilla WoW but it's better in its own right since it's a bit different all around.. and I like being able to play how I want to.

Darkfall 2 is out I think, not entirely sure. I played the first darkfall and really liked it. It was a PVP mmo but based more on the tenets of ultima online and skill based, not level based, progression. Aka use a sword, you get better with a sword. Use spells, you get better with spells.
There is NO instances with it. Its an entire world of pvp and full pvp looting.
