Those small postal scales (hanging type) only cost about $3.95 and do a close enough job for shrooms. Plus the psilocybin and psilocin contents within shrooms very greatly, even in ones that grow out of the same cake. Without going thru a methanol (or other) extraction process you can not be accurate as to the psychoactive compound weight.

Around here (MA) you can get those postal scales for a buck fifty. Cheap!

I am aware that cheap scales are available, and the mass calculator won't be perfect. But when someone wants a weight immediately and they don't have time to wait for an ordered scale, at least it would get them in the ballpark. Besides, I think it would be fun to play with. Geez, I thought it was obvious that a scale was a better long term method of weighing shrooms.
