Hi, here to share my first successful bulk grow. It's been like 3/4 of a year since I started trying lol. Sterilized straw stuffed full inside a burlap rice bag. It's a blue oyster culture I got off the marketplace. They sorta turned from blue to gray last night though . So I wanted to ask if this is a good time to pick or should I let them get a little larger. I don't think they are sporulating yet but the last vendor I bought them from liked to pick them young. Also I have a few smaller pins elsewhere on the bag. Should I kill these when I pick the big ones to help initiate a second fruiting or does it not matter?
