The effects are more pronounced when plugged vs oral administration.

Wow.  Worst title in the history of ever? 

I think what OP meant is that LSD has a more "male" energy while shrooms are more "female".  I've heard acid described as colder and more analytical, which would fit with the male energy thing.  If you find shrooms more earthy and sensual, I guess you could say they possess more of a female energy. 

Not everyone gets the same effects though, so YMMV.  I found LSD far more horny and sensual than shrooms, so IDK.
