Well two bottles were drank during this two weeks, the first was OK the second was very tasty! The funny think is that its 15% and you can barely tell For the GHB part It was barely noticed, seems like I will be making another batch with more MSG
I have one more bottle left I just wait to take a nice picture of th cider in a glass to upload I'll update soon, just know this thread will keep updating as I make another batch

BothHands said: MSG is actually just a sodium molecule (as found in ordinary table salt), and a glutamate molecule. Glutamate is just a normal amino acid. It's commonly used by the body for building tissue and neurotransmitters. When you cook up some mushrooms or a peice of meat in the presence of salt, MSG is created naturally. It's not some demon chemical, just the next fad fear.
I read that the issue with MSG is that it is D-glutamic acid which is a metabolite, which, contrary to L-glutamic acid, is completely unnatural, at least in substantial amounts. Glutamic acid is a protein component and will therefore kick the body off balance in a variety of fundamental ways if the D form of it is ingested.
This is just based on a quick Google search.

In response to my above post, this report speaks of glutamate toxicity. See attached.

But what everyone hopes is that the MSG will be turned into GHB with in the best case no MSG left - so I would say the toxicity of MSG is not really relevant (as long as the claimed reaction takes place).
