a couple of months ago in atlanta I had picked up a large bag of pak choi, I used a couple for soups and ate the rest over the course of a week the same way, occasionally for breakfast and sometimes for lunch, a little soy and lemon got me started that little binge but I couldnt pass up 5lbs of pak choi for $2
