just because something is synthesized doesn't mean it has to be changed from the original molecule. take for example dmt, clinical grade dmt is exactly like the dmt we extract from mhrb (obviously more pure though), and the experience is exactly the same. And then take 2c-b, nothing like is is found in nature, yet it had to start from somewhere "natural," its the same with prescription drugs, they start with something natural and its manipulated until the side effects are worse than the problem. So the whole point of this ramble session is that just because they are synthesizing it doesn't mean that its going to be all bad, they could go the dmt route

In short, why mess with it if it's not broke, it often times is worse. Didn't mean to say everytime, but alot of times.

No doubt. I would think something as serious as a cure for cancer would be worth the extra hardship though, if it is better straight from the source, as is usually the case, unless it's identical

There already exists a form of synthetic THC. It's called Marinol (derived from marijuana), but users report it's nowhere near as good at treating symptoms.

It gets on my nerves how people can try to forcefully regulate commerce and society through such bullshit. The lie only festers and grows worse and worse. Free societies and markets uninterrupted by law are far more effective at protecting public health than the law itself.
