Does the future exist?

Or do only the past and present exist? I'm hard pressed to believe it does because at any point everything could just stop and cease to exist.
What do you guys think? I'm pretty confused about this

It exists as much as you would like to believe it does; much like the soul.

The past never existed and the present doesn't either.

why do you have to ask? it just is, not much more than just being. Existence has nothing but what it is. Now and then are just words my friend, just be.

If you watched the preview to "Out to Lunch" you will realize all time is merely condensed into a solid liquid like gatorade & we can't realize this due to our lower brainwave in the sea of Goatheaded leopards for 12 cents a pop.

time is space.
does a mile away exist?
if you throw a ball at 40mph, then have to take the time to go walk and get it, have you progressed through space to do so?
yes.
the future exists, just in a different place.
just like the past exists in a different place.
it's just harder to go to the past because you would have to make all the reactions of the universe happen in reverse. like unmixing eggs, butter, milk, water, sugar, and flourin the exact opposite way you have mixed them.
because if it's not exactly the opposite, then you're still progressing into the future.
which once again, is a place.

According to both physics and eastern spirituality, all moments in time--the past, present and future--exist together.
It is our linear (and incorrect) view of time that gives rise to the illusion that the past has existed, that the present does exist, and that the future will exist.
An analogy I like to use is to imagine time as a river-as we journey down the river, it is not just the waters that we are currently on that exist--the entire river always exists, from the head waters to the ocean--it is only our relative view that separates the waters into the past, present and future. Yet beyond our ignorance, the true nature of the river is one stream of water--undivided.
As for the thought that time/existence could simply cease to be, rendering the possible future now nonexistent--there are two answers to this that I can see. Either existence is infinite, without a possible end--and so what you say could never come to be. Or, the 'future' does not extend past this point--all rivers eventually reach the ocean, but this does not negate the path of the river leading up to it.

Does the future exist?
To answer this question, one must first define "exist." I define it to mean having physical matter that humans can work with.
Based on that, I'd say that the future definitely exists.

Its more of the idea of it exists at least in terms of our future. in terms of actual time yes because even if humanity ends existence will not

this goes along what i'm saying all of time IS the universe
because once again time=space.
so everything, past, present, future are all the same. they are all the universe.
it's all a matter of where you're going
but specifically HOW you're getting there.
like although you dad died, he still exists in another time in the same space.his entire life exists in the same space where he no longer will ever be again.
so although in the present, he's dead, as you stand in his empty home, in the pst he'sin the same home with you.
and the best part is it's possible to go to that place where he is still alive, we just havent figured out how to do it yet.
but you gotta also realize that it might already exist in a techonology in the future, meaning it exists now, just in another place.

It doesn't make sense to us because we're human.
We just aren't capable of some things.

The future can only be imagined until it happens, and the present and past really happened but your perception of them is filtered to the point where you never truly know what's real and what you've imagined.
