 Problems with a pyrex?

I split my kilo up in half. Did the first 500gs in 6 six jars, and my first two pulls came out amazing. Then i did the first pull on the second half of the bark and came out with nothing. When I pulled the tray out of the freezer i saw plenty of crystals and as i let it sit to evaporate they seemed to just melt into a bunch of tiny piles of naptha.
I just did my third pull on the first batch of bark(the batch that gave off two extremely successful pulls) and had the exact same result.
heres a pic of the tray as the crystals are seemingly dissappearing
Heres what my razor looks like as i try to scrape.
The only thing i can think of is maybe im not cleaning my pyrex well enough? Third pull maybe i didnt let the naptha sit long enough in the jars?

Is it hot in the room when you're trying to let the remaining naphtha evaporate?
I always pour my naphtha back into the mixing jar, then set my dmt back in the freezer tilted upside down with a paper towel underneath.

Edit: now that i think about it u may be right, but it still doesnt explain why the first two pulls worked perfectly under the exact same conditions.

Hmmm Q2121 tek worked flawlessly for me. The only thing I can think of is the evap part. I never evap. As soon as I do a pull I put it right in the coldest freezer possible for 18-24 hours

Yea I don't evap either, straight to freezer in a pint sized jar for me.
And i've had it work while hot sometimes, but most of the time it just turned to goop.
Ever since I figured out it was the heat I started putting it in the freezer like I said for 30 minutes to an hour then scraping with a butter knife then onto computer paper.

how do u clean your tray inbetween pulls?
is it possible if i hadn't cleaned it well enough that maybe left over dried naptha on the bottom of tray was causing a problem?

Naphtha evaporates, it doesn't dry or crust up so probably not.
All I do is rinse with hot water then wipe it out with a rag.
But I use pint jars, not trays. But I also use the STB Tek.

Definately freeze precip for 18-24 hours. Then use a razor to scrape the crystals off the glass. Then pour some vinegar in the glass and swirl it around. Dump it out, then wash it out again with some water

Yea when I said "30 minutes to an hour" I meant after the 24 hour freeze precip.
Pull > Freeze precip 24hrs > Pour naphtha back into mixing jar > Put pint jar/tray back into freezer tilted upside down > take out and scrape > clean jar/tray > repeat

I freeze precipitate, pour off naphta, then redissolve in a tiny amount of warm naphta, and add the saturated naphta to a larger Pyrex dish for faster evap/easier scraping. And I usually use a heating pad underneath(wrapped in a towel). I have left the heat on too high too long, and I had the same problem, yellow puddles, I removed from the pad, and the crystals started to form back. Although I noticed this pull to be slightly more yellow(I believe some may have oxidized), it seems perfectly fine!
Also just curious what have been yalls yield with q21,s tek ?

I used Q2121 for my first tek ever. I used 100g shredded mhrb which I grinded down to powder and I got 1.1% yield I might have gotten more but I only did 3 pulls

I understand what everyone is saying and i thank all of u very much for trying to help.
but aside from putting the tray back in the freezer after pouring off the naptha ive followed that process exactly and my first two pulls were perfect. i mean high yields, gorgeous crystals, the whole nine.
could a little bit of water that may have got into the tray and mixed with the naptha screw it up?

Hey, I've only ever seen this done, won't get the chance to try until the end of the month, but my buddy puts tin foil over the top of the jar/tray before he puts it in the freezer (I think to prevent humidity forming in the naptha). Was just wondering because I'm going to be using this tek as well, but was going to do 4 single pulls off of the same batch into 4 trays into my freezer, so I can get it done in one swoop (since my gf is going to not taking her week off).

I doubt it. But this is why I bought 3 glass pans to use. No worrying about them drying or having to clean it right away...
