I am getting ready to cook up some serious stir-fry....(pics)bunch of

shrimps, pieces of beef, and a bunch of veggies. I fry them up in a buttered pan with olive oil, and spice it with some soy sauce and limes. 

I got bitches dropping by all the time to eat, I'm getting a serious reputation as a chef around here..... :awesomenod:

That looks delicious.

I cooked a stir fry the other day actually. Almost the same as yours, but instead of beef I used chicken and Hoisin sauce instead of soy.

stir fry is so easy and good.

its all about timing and knowing how long ingredients take to cook and when to add them.

no one likes soggy veggies.

next time try first frying minced onions, garlic, and ginger, then add eggs to it and scramble it all together before adding the other stuff.
