Anyone know best conditions to grow pink buffalo in? I can Follow PF Tek for them and use brown rice flour right? or do they grow more effectively with a diff substrate.

I remember they liked cased straw and direct misting with lotsa fresh air exchanges... just like a lot of mushies. They're pretty, and effective. All Thais are *effective*. I have heard others say that PB are a bit needy, but if you're obsessive like me, you'll do well enough. Just don't expect some massive flush of those... especially on BRF cakes. You could supplement the cakes and then case them. You'll have more success that way. Fortune favors the bold.

After my first flush I can make spore prints save the prints and still eat the shroom right. And a mushroom in need is a friendly mushroom indeed. I have the time. And patience.

Of course. You can print and take a small piece of tissue to make a liquid culture (clone)... then eat the mushroom you took the print and tissue from.
Don't let this hobby scare you. Follow the rules. Be attentive. *Study*. Ask questions. It will reward you.
It can be quite simple when you get the hang of it. Made an LC in the kitchen in about 10 min (minus cook time). Inoculated 24 quart jars of WBS this way. Works great.

Pink buffalo must be grown in buffalo poo a.k.a bupoo along with straw.You'll also need to mix in some dirt from East Asia and 1tbsp of Cambodian breast milk if you want to see fruits.

Yeah man...I got some buffalo poo but they were chokin for it. I need like 50$ a quart of poo for this man.
