You've already got a lot of sensible answers about those mushrooms. They have not been stored/dried properly and are in no state to identify. They do not resemble any common magic mushrooms and could easily be something deadly. Do yourself a favour and throw them away!

By the way, the full moon thing is completely untrue. If the people you got these mushroom from told you that, then they clearly know nothing about magic mushrooms or are trying to deceive you intentionally.
Seeing as their information is so far out, you should most certainly not trust the mushrooms they give you. Well done for checking with us first:

They don't look like deadly mushrooms to me, but it's really hard to see what they are once they are dipped in honey.
It looks like they put fresh mushrooms in honey, which is a bad idea because the fresh mushrooms have a lot of water, and this causes the honey to rot and perhaps have toxins. If this is the case, it will smell bad.
Only dry mushrooms should be added to honey.
