Are all spores any type illegal in CA? Or can i order like oyster mushroom spores or something non psycoactive online?

I believe its only spores that lead to psilocybin containing mushrooms.

It honestly wouldn't surprise me, fucking Californians think everything gives them cancer and put warnings on every entrance to every building letting you know something inside might give you cancer.
I wouldn't doubt they'd be too dumb to realize shiitake is anti-cancer.

Cali is more saturated with hallucinogens than other states, yet they are more illegal. It's bullshit that you can't order psilocybe cubensis spores in Cali but you can in other states. What's cool is.. I know what vendor WILL send them here. Bahahahahah

If you think of it its quite logical.
If california has more hallicugenic mushrooms growing wild than other places, they have probably had more attention and trouble with this.
So, more restrictions made by the stupid lawmakers.

Yes there are A LOT of places here where they grow wild. Even in San Francisco in Golden Gate Park they can be found. I don't think the governments ever have a "problem" with shrooms other than they are there and bring people's beliefs into a higher state, away from social and political dogmas. They have cities FULL of methamphetamines here (seriously it's bad), can you imagine a city full of mushrooms!? I can just imagine the horror, the violence, the stealing, murder, etc. that would commence. They should go around and find all of the areas in Cali where magic mushrooms grow wild and quarantine them due to the Earth itself being unlawful. Our laws make me laugh and cry all at once.
