 pimples/hives/bumps on right arm

hello
last week i started to develop these tiny little pimples on my right arm. at first i would scratch them to death thinking they would all go away, but to my dismay they have spread toward my elbow as well as onto my stomach near the right side of my rib cage.
i'm not sure what this is but it has me scared shitless because i'm an IV heroin user.
i'd answer any questions regarding my "bumps" if it helps somebody point me in the right direction.
i'm scheduling a doctors appointment, but still i'd like as much information as i can get.
i thought that it might have been from something from the woods, but i'm not sure, i go in the woods all the time...
it is spreading though, and it's scaring the shit outta me.

It could be anything. Chicken pox, scabies, or anything. Post pics to help out the apothecaries.

i knew you guys would want that.
to put it bluntly i'm a drug addict who sold everything i've ever owned, and that includes any cameras/cell phones...
i use a computer that isn't my own for all this, but i'll do my best.

Eczema or psoriasis but it could be something different since you use heroin. Do you share needles?

I have something similar, the bumps pop like pimples, but I think it's calcium build up in the hair follicles. It also started lightly on both upper arms literally a decade ago and never went away, spread to both sides of my torso and my biceps.
Never found an actual cure, but there is a lot of shit dermatologists will sell you that 'may' help it, but never really will. I'd comfy up with your newly developed skin condition, most cases I googled don't even have a half ass natural cure.
In the grand scheme though, it could be worse.

There are 4 types of this *completely benign* virus. Google molluscum to see if any of the types of bumps look like yours, as the picture on the wiki is only one type and they can look more like pimples. Hope this helps.
