 Best liberity reserve exchanger?

any suggestions? trying to order a restricted compound that most companies wont send to USA. I found one that will, but they dont take Credit Cards for US buyers, only bank wire and liberty reserve. I figure a bank wire wouldnt be any good as it cost about $40. Liberty reserve has a small fee on top of the cost to send a western union.. should only be like 10-20$ extra.
Which exchangers do you use?

I always assume anything requiring western union or liberty exchange is a scam.
Too easy for them to steal your money and not send you a damn thing.

Its about the same as pecunix which I used to use London gold exchange but they're no longer around. Liberty reserve isn't a scam. Its possible to get ripped by an exchanger which is why I'm asking for a reliable one someone has used before. Anyone?
