I'm training myself to recognize the moment when I think, "I've been on the computer too long". When that happens I immediately close out of everything and vacant the computer chair. That is, unless I'm doing something important, which I'm usually fucking NOT.

I have too many books that I want to read, too many artistic and musical ideas that I want to explore, too much science to study to sit here for so many hours a day staring at the Shroomery and youtube videos.

I'm certainly addicted and it's time to cut the cord. I thought I'd make a post about it because it seems to make it more official... or something.
