 Hepa filter specs?

I just ordered a hepa filter. I am trying to figure out the static pressure at the working point. I do not have the filter yet but I have a picture of the sticker that is stamped on the filter. From what I can see it reads,
Penetration: 006
Resistance: .4
Test Flow 1,000 CFM
The stick has some other stuff on it but I can't make out what the other stuff says from the picture. Does the information I listed give me a way to figure out the static pressure at the working point? If this isn't what I am looking for than what is it I am looking for?

I think the .4 resistance could be inches of water so 100Pa~
I'm not sure but you might need to add some resistance to that to achieve laminar flow as from what I have read on here a lot of people are suggesting 6" filters with around 1" or 250Pa.

You want a rather slow flow. About 120 FPM, (I'm not even sure if it's FPM, sorry I forget)  Research flow hoods on this site and I can guarantee you'll find what you need!

It means at .4" W.G. your filter will flow 1000 cubic feet per minute.
