Its insane. When I stepped on a scale I thought I had cancer or something.
The only reason why I walked so much is because of the awesome weather.
The 1 hour walk I took normally takes me 45 mins now.
I'm faster in every way, I'm stronger, I got more energy,
I stretch every day, I can now 6 inches below my toes without bending my knees
I've beaten my push up record by 5 (I can do 25 now... Not a lot, but still better than 75% of the population)
I'm considering going to the gym and taking Whey powder. But I don't trust that Whey thing.
Is that stuff really good? Is it healthy? Does it produce real results?

You can use rice or hemp protein instead of whey.

I'd take isopure, lots of protein 0 calories. You can get all the calories and carbs you need from your meals. By the way are you trying to bulk up or lean out?

I'm not trying anything actually. It just sneaked up on me.
I still have a few pounds of fat on me that I don't really want to lose cause I'll look as if I'm sick.
But I'm addicted to walking so I'll prbably lose it.
I guess I will want to gain it back in muscle. So bulk up I guess

Well, I'm assuming you have a slower metabolism than a fast one. So, yeah I'd recommend isopure since it's low on calories. Your diet might need to be restructured too, but regardless good luck man!

Yeah, because protein converts into fat when it goes unused right? Well, it only lists the protein in the assumption you use it all when you work out.
Edit: you're right it has 210 calories, I guess I remembered it incorrectly. Today I learned

I don't think it has anything to do with it converting to fat or not. if you choose to burn those calorie by exercising then fine but it's still 4 calorie per gram of protein, not advertising it as such is fraudulent IMO
edit: didn't saw your edit

That's what I'm wondering about the most. I my hea, overloading your body with protein soes sound healthy, its like everything else.
How fast does it work to?
Also, what about that creatine stuff?

I use Whey protein. I like it.
I got the strawberry flavor. I have a magic bullet and I mix it like this..
*2 scoops of whey *1.5 banana's *3 scoops of peanut butter *1% Milk until I think it's not as thick. (to my liking)
My girl makes her own too, but she puts vanilla ice cream in hers, and no peanut butter.
I've noticed a difference. I used to go the gym all the time, and saw little results.
I don't have a membership anymore, but I work out at home, and at the local park and I've bulked up from using the whey. (from what I've noticed)

I think it's pretty healthy, it's what your muscle need but if you don't weight train it's pretty useless I think. it work as soon as you take it but you will most likely won't notice it don't give energy or anything. the recommended dose is 1-1.5g of protein per pound of lean-body mass but it's best to get your protein intake from various source instead of relying exclusively on whey. I don't know about creatine, never took any.

i'd would just suggest eating well and taking a daily multi-vitamin after your meal once a day. no need to get all into spending all your cash trying to keep up with the meat head next door.. that's how i feel anyway..

I eat well enough. I don't take multi vitamins and I don't plan too.
I would also be doing this for myself, I dont care about the neighbors
