life in jail man, its better then being dead. become the prison king, extort inmates for money and order in prison prostitutes who smuggle in cocaine in their vaginas because you pay the guards

Even if you get the death penalty, in Ohio, they sit on death row for 15-20 years waiting to be executed. So why not just take life to avoid the same shit with imminent death always looming overhead. They can't lock us all up!

it's still better then dying though. and besides, if prison is that bad that one can't cope with it, then they can just commit suicide in prison i guess.

Oh you normally wait a decade on death row before they put your lights out for good. About the same as if they woulda just took the time. Always another chance!

i believe the poll is "i would rather die" vs "life in prison" i doesn't say anything about the death penalty so everyone saying how the death penalty takes how ever long is completely irrelevant to the topic. i would definitely rather die, if i was doing something that could put me away i would carry a lethal dose of heroin to eat in case i got busted.
