Morning Glory Seeds

I recently bought 750 morning glory seeds to trip for the first time. I'm going to be doing them with a friend.
I bought them untreated, but still soaked them for a few hours to make sure all fungicides/pesticides were removed. My grinder still hadn't arrived so I put them back into a tin. I looked at them today and some of them have little white sprouts coming out. The seed is still intact, it looks like it just got enough water to start growing though. They shouldn't grow any further than this because there is no more water, but are they still okay to grind and use?

I'm pretty sure I know where you ordered them, an they are cheap, so I would order them again and do not soak them, when that website says not treated with that bull shit pesticide crap and organic, they mean it!

So they're useless? Just ditch 'em?

They should be good, if anything a little potency loss. I know from experience that the ergine is packed within each and every nanometer of the seed, as impressive results can be obtained from only a small amount of seeds when very thoroughly ground.
