 question about too much water in colonizing mono

i have 2 coir/verm monos about 6 days into colonization. They're both at around 85-90% colonization, but I'm thinking the sub is getting far too wet. There is heavy condensation in both tubs and I can see a layer of water on the sides (~1/8th inch) and pooling in some places. Am I better off opening them and paper toweling excess water or letting em be? Some slight signs of metabs already.
I don't think its the conditions causing it because i have 2 other monos doing just fine

tilt them and dump the water out if its that much and you might want to lower your temps

any pool of water is bad.... i would say give it more FAE and dab the pools of water with paper towel if they do not go away....

heavy condensation is causing all the water i soak up to return everyday.. should I just introduce it to fruiting conditions? As far as I can tell the sides/bottom are 100% and the top is roughly 90%
