IMO the best members here are OLD accounts with lower post counts.

I find older members who ONLY make frequent, short, shitty posts to be rare.
Some older members will do that, but mix it up with quality posting.

Maybe instead of opting out of ratings. and complaining about the interface of the site, you could just be more pleasant.
Frankly I don't think anyone gives a shit what I have to say, even though I've been here like 8 years. I have 5 shrooms though, because I almost never flame, and offer genuinely good advice when I can.

I love it when people twist up the things they read.
I've gotten ratings "just because" and I'm guessing that's never happened to you. How about someone insults you and gives you a bad rating because that's how they post? It's happened to me, a lot. I found it annoying.
Not everyone's experience with these forums are as good as yours. Make me out to be the bad guy, geez.
