and it was removed. Why have the option to leave white shrooms when any member can whine and get any bad rating deleted?

Cite some specific examples from thread that support the reasons you're leaving the bad rating.
If you can cite an instance in which the user was untrustworthy etc it increases the chance your rating will stand.
Apparently opinions are not sufficient grounds for rating someone, and also..life isnt perfect and the people that admin and moderate may remove your rating no matter how accurate you feel it may be.

I personally dont delete general ratings unless they are severely flaming/gang raping...

ive had 7 deleted at this point.all very to the point and not even disruptive in any way. "doesnt take criticism well":you are going to fucking delete that rating?why even leave the option of leaving it.

I reported your pedophile rating when I got a frantic phone call from a Shroomerite whose kids I've babysat and have been around me at gatherings.
As far as the rest goes, looks like a mod or admin is taking responsibility for your actions and protecting you every time you've left an inflammatory rating.
I'm surprised you've not been banned for harassment at this juncture, or the mod/admin protecting you hasn't been demoted.
I've no qualms with a negative rating from you, but obvious mod protection is obvious.
Maybe you should stop questioning the matter because it's just proving that you're being allowed to skirt around rules and, for some reason, have not received infractions, a ban or ratings ban for these "reported ratings".
If someone's looking out for you, don't spit in their face publicly in WA&F.

I'm big on reasoning. If you leave a bad rating without an example as to why, and the user complains, I have no problem removing it. That's my policy. I'm not going to let a user suffer a bad rating that tarnishes their name just because they got into a disagreement with someone and that person decided to leave an empty bad rating. If the person leaves someone 0 shrooms and calls them a fucktard, then cites an example of that person being a fucktard, I won't touch the rating...

Then clear all of my ratings from when the Chilluminati ratings raped me a while back. That includes the ones from Mad_Larkin, twighead, k00laid, propensity, and IamMatt. I gave Dosile Kouki a bad one in return, so I won't ask for that to be removed.

Look at the first rating in my ratings, remove that. There's others though.
I've had a bunch reported on me, so every once in a while I get as many as I can erased. I've been here so long though that it's not really gonna matter anyway, but I like equalization for the principal of it. I'd like some ice cream. I should have bought a box of nutty buddy ice cream cones.

Only the Tinychat once. I was trying to be decent and no one had a problem until DosileFaggot started yelling at me (over the internet lol) and told them to ban me from it, then they proceeded to start round one of the ratings rape. That was cleared and then they added all the bad ratings back, and nothing was done that time.
I have no idea about the IRC, I was only in there once and there was nothing but discussion about cultivation.

The negative ratings I've got I wear as badgers of pride. It always cheers me up seeing the positive comments people give me, and amuses me at how I've annoyed someone for having a differance of opinion.
