 Reading about other peoples relationships.....ugh

Every day I get on this site and read about other people’s relationships and problems. Whether they are good or bad, I generally get anxious, jealous, and pissed off.
I’m not really sure whether it is because I am simply wishing that I was experiencing what they are going through or if it’s something to do with past relationships that I have been in that had similar qualities.
Sometimes it feels as if I am getting emotionally tied up in something that in no way affects me.
Anyone else ever experience this?

I have experienced this when I read something that reminds me of my past encouters and suddenly generalizing all women or relationships. Now I just don't try to do any of this shit. Then again I am still in sexuality and relationship forum, hmm why is that?
But the solution is simple: get your mind off from it, don't read about it.

dude fuck that being single is sooooooo much better
ive had a crush on this chick for a couple years and im pretty damn sure she feels the same way now but i just really really wanna stay single cuz theres so much bullshit in a relationship. even with this chick i dont wanna do it at all but ive liked her for like 3years

when i see a girl cheating in a movie, or anything that is un-loyal or leading to un-loyal events, i start to cringe and my stomach gets into a knot.
yes ive been cheated on by a girl who i was very close with.
sometimes the movie is too good and i dont care
