then its weird really i don't know I think you should feel a bit something when you take 3+g of even weak shroom.
I guess most people will blame the genetics and that you just got unlucky.

Others have had the same problem. I know exactly what the problem is.
Mushrooms are not magic. They biosynthesize psilocybin from from a chemical called DMT. As dear Dr Shulgin says, "DMT is everywhere" (in nature).
The BRF was your mushroom's source of DMT. So consider 1) the amount of BRF (DMT source) you used, and 2) the amount of mushrooms produced, because 3) all of those mushrooms are drawing nutrition (and DMT) from the BRF, and 4) when the DMT is gone, it's gone: used up.
There can still be enough nutrition and water for mushrooms to form, but not enough DMT to go around.
If you used a little BRF or a BRF that had little DMT in it.. and then got a bunch of shrooms... Little DMT + many shrooms = shitty mushrooms.
You can 1) use a different brand of BRF, or 2) supplement your cakes with Hpoo, worm castings, or some grains, or all.
Sorry you folks had bunk shrooms. If at first you don't succeed... try, try again.

So your saying that I could grind up mamosa bark and use it with brf and have super charged mushies bc of the DMT in the bark? And yes I know cubes aren't wood lovers I'm just making a point

Damn you.

Or, you could make a "tea" (infusion) from DMT containing plants (eg canary reed grass), and use that to hydrate your PF cakes. For those that choose to grow with that method.

No. A half pint jar of DMT would not support mycelial growth. Find balance, grasshopper.

Whoa boy.
Grains (rye wheat, brown rice, millet, milo, etc) contain DMT. Many plants contain higher levels of DMT. Find a balance between nutrition, proper structure, moisture, CO2/02, temp, DMT, and patience.
To clarify, I hope... One could, say, make a PF, BRF cake, BUT use a tea (infusion) made from plants with a higher amount of DMT in place of simple water. This won't really add nutritional value, but it will give more DMT. More DMT means more Psilocybin.
Stop arguing and try it. Just try it. All I'm say'n

I figured you would *start* reading there. Lord. Just jump to page 280, and then apologize to me.
Anyways, start reading at that first page number, and read through the end when you get the time. It's very interesting.
This is not new science, though, my friend. Not new discoveries at all.
