 [MI} Naked teen accused of smashing police car's windshield

Waterford Township — A Pennsylvania teen found naked in the street was Tasered by police after he smashed a patrol car's windshield, authorities said Tuesday.
Police said Nicholas Manoual Haviaras, 17, was lying on his back in the 1400 block of Eason Street about 3:15 a.m. Friday when officers approached him.
Haviaras became agitated and pounded the patrol vehicle with his fists. He then jumped on the hood of the car and punched the windshield, breaking it, police said.
Witnesses later told police the teen had ingested blotter acid, or LSD.
Haviaras was arraigned before Judge Richard Kuhn of 51st District Court on one count of resisting and obstructing a police officer and one count of malicious destruction of police property, both felonies.
Haviaras is in the Oakland County Jail in lieu of $25,000 cash bond.

Who are the witnesses that saw him take LSD?
And how do we all know, including the defendant, police, etc., that it WAS ACTUALLY LSD?

More people are getting turned on and seeing the effects of psychedelics.
Where we go from here is anyone's guess. Hopefully there is more responsibility and knowledge out there than there was during the 60s and 70s.
I'm not so sure...

Exactly, but you get my point... it's stupid and it makes everyone involved look stupid.
The authorities should be honest as well as the mass media... that kid wasn't trippin on acid, he got an RC at best...

i used to work in a glass factory
that glass is tempered and laminated with probably 3 or 4 layers.
the tempering process takes annealed glass and moves the weak point from the center and moves it to the corners.
I have hit a piece if 1/4 inch tempered glass in the center with a 12 lb maul and it held strong...
