I haven't woken up drunk in a long time thankfully, waking up drunk sucks, for me anyways. It usually means a mild mid afternoon hangover. Which in turn means, I better start drinking first thing. Of course that always leads to a proper hangover the next morning.

I don't know how people drink while they have a hangover.
That's what weed and a shit ton of food is for.

after a beer or three the hang-over is no more, then you can enjoy your weed and food.

the beer the next day never helped me...I consider myself lucky if I wake up still drunk....the key is to down 3 or 4 full cups of water...dehydration is the cause to your hangover symptoms

Looks like you need the Breathalyzer Equalizer.
Have you been drinking a bunch of water?

When 'waking up still drunk' became the norm I put the bottle down and never looked back.

I enjoy waking up drunk, as long as it's not a hangover and your rehydrated. Plus I have k-pins that get me moving again.

I don't usually drink, only when I go out with friends so I guess you can say I'm a binge drinker. I usually cant even get to fall asleep and when I do, I sleep for 2-3 hours. Feel kinda off for the next day.

No shit, I'm prescribed them and in the morning if I'm hungover or still drunk, I drink a beer, down a k-pin with it, and I'm a functioning adult. Just one pill at 8 in the morning, one at two, and one at 8. If I took more I'd be sleeping most the day and I see your point you just have to take low doses IME.
Right now I've been drinking for around ten days straight taking my meds three times a day and sometimes an ambien to help me sleep and my regimen is working out just fine.
I still get my bills paid, do my errands, hit bars, see movies, hang out with my brother, I function. And it makes me a lot more nicer to people.

word, Im trying to get a perscription of some type of benzo soon. It'd definitely help me with the anxiety of job hunting and interviews and what not...not to mention panic attacks...which has recently become a serious burden in day to day life....not that I have them everyday...but Ive come to fear having them every day.

Easy. The more you drink, the less active your body is. Your liver isn't going to clean up your body like it would if you had been sober.
Your liver taking care of 1 beer, glass of wine, etc, no problem.
Liver taking care of 5...6..7..8 drinks of alcohol, etc.. is a whole different story. Alcohol slows the whole body metabolism, its only natural the more you drink the longer it takes and its effects will stack the more you drink, overtime your tolerance builds but the damage on the body remains the same and only multiplies making it more damaging and over time its actually easier to get intoxicated because your liver can't process alcohol as fast, alcoholics in their last stages actually get drunk easier than someone who is midway into being an alcoholic . Age is also a factor. Males over 25 process alcohol a lot slower than a male around 18.
Hope this helps in explaining why. Alcohol sure is nice but it can be nasty to those who abuse it..

I'd definitely recommend it if you can get it prescribed. All the anti-anxiety and anti-depressants did shit for me. And it's always a feeling of well being having your prescribed controlled substance legally with you as you go about your day.
