I've been thinking about working with the chakras, but my western bias makes me hesitant. Whatcha guys think? Have you found increase in your well-being working with them? Bologna or diamond dust?

chakra systems are more of a world science than a human science.

Seems pretty legit, but there are 2 centers in the chest.
I like how MCO describes it better.

It is more of a spirituality topic though.

Suppose it is. Mostly put it here because there's more friction applied to ideas, and I want to see what's left. I'm just starting to work with an exercise where you're supposed to visualize crown point/pituitary/solar plexus/heart/navel/perineum while doing PC pump for your crotch muscles. Seems like it does a bit of something but nothing crazy. The point is to bring sex energy from the genitals up to the mind.

That's what some claim is happening, I think it is more about developing awareness of the points then anything else.

Just got done with a meditation session with some crystals... Feeling groovy. Got some insight & visuals. Meditate everyone & don't stop for anything.. There is so much to experience in the astral plane.

Here is a side view and better correlations imo.

You can see how the spine is a sort of bus bar for the brain to communicate with the body.

I've mastered it. Which is why I can correlate various systems so effortlessly.

Absolutely worth it. I used to go to aura/chakra healing classes and when you see two people working together, and the connection between their respective heart energies it's an amazing site to behold. Chakra balancing is amazing too.

experimenting with concentration has great value, and you can certainly use the positions referred to as chakras.
the value is in concentrating - relaxation - mindfulness - engaging in observation and training at the same time.
Chakra concentration and relaxation can have healthful body effects too, but the main effect is mental or virtual.
Meditation is subtle, but the path towards it is littered with colorful baubles like chakra culture, mandala culture, runes, etc. These things have less value than meditation practice, but are useful if they bring you to meditation practice in which the mind observes and focuses together.

so when you become self realized whenever you mediate your Kundalini is progressing up and burning away impurities in your subtle system
all you have to do is close your eyes because the Kundalini is intelligent and it wants to rise
how to get self realized? Seek and seek and seek your whole life and it might happen.
You can be born that way
Or you can go visit a Sahaja Yoga/Meditation center (always free)

This stuff is so authentic they every single public yogi/guru of the last half century has turned out to be a fraud. Seek and then cash in. $$$

Doesn't mean you can't rip teachings for free. Everyone always wants something in return, that isn't specific to religion.

I don't recall asking any of you for cash. You have not shown me to be a fraud.

Randy wouldn't pay me for manual control of the autonomous system. If that was so he would be forking out millions of dollars to many more people then I. (It isn't mystical or supernatural, it is biological and anatomical awareness)

No, but generally when all of the people at the top are frauds there is no substance to the product/method being promoted.
This is true in religion, psychics, channelers, astrologers, homeopaths, Reiki and so on.
Chakras are based on nothing and cannot be verified.
The End.
