It's just like the story of the grasshopper and the octopus.
All year long, the grasshopper kept burying acorns for winter, while the
octopus mooched off his girlfriend and watched TV.
But then the winter came, and the grasshopper died, and the octopus ate all his acorns.
Also he got a race car.
Is any of this getting through to you?

Alright people, this game gets better the more I play it.
The Passive Skill Tree is just... massive.
The Active Skills are like Materia from older Final Fantasy games.
You actually see other players in towns, and can have up to 6 players in a party.
Bosses are like fucking loot explosions when they die.

I am considering buying the 10$ beta, to bad there wil be character wipe.

You have to "donate" $10 to get a beta key as it stands or be selected for one... or wait until open beta... When the game is finished it will be F2P....

Dude.... this game is great. it is like reliving diablo 2 in more modern graphics, smoother game play, and I love the passive tree. I Am shooting myself in the foot playing 2 weeks before character wipe, but it is super fun.

Persistent potions that refill and can have magic stats 
No in game curreny, but barter and item upgrade kits.
no skill tree, but collectible gems that you socket into gear.

noooooooooooooo! The power in my whole house tripped and corrupted the patcher, so I had to delete the content file and start over, which puts me at 5gb needing downloaded at the super slow ass speed from first day of open beta.
