As far as chicks being cold and not seeming interested in sex, I advise the direct approach method. When you respectfully ask a chick to articulate, it gets down to the point real fast.
Like,
"You don't seem very interested in sex with me, it feels like. Like you don't come on to me and don't seem into it when we have sex. Am I doing something wrong?"
Instantly you're not being a jerk at all and even showing interest in her feelings. She can't come back with any fuck you shit. And she may even give you a good answer that helps you both move forward on a better path for both of you.
If she dodges you, then follow up with:
"Well I don't know what's wrong since you won't tell me, but I really need to feel wanted in a relationship. It's important to me. I wish you would tell me what is wrong."
Again, you're not being a jerk at all, and now you're even being vulnerable. She can't come back with any fuck you type stuff.
So the stage is set for her to either want to make the relationship work and care about your feelings, or make it clear that she doesn't.
But whatever you do, DON'T play games. Don't do the whole "I'ma reject you and see how you like it" thing. That will only breed more misery and contention and bitterness and you won't gain shit from it in the end. All you'll do is give her some kind of moral/maturity high ground when you two have your final battle and breakup.
