Reacting instead of witnessing?

I hope this is the dark part of the night which is generally just before day.

Thoughts based on faith/trust or intuition, rather than logic.

What is the basis of illogical thought?

Thinking mostly.

(I see teknix beat me to it.)

all thought is the same - associative

if the sequence of ideas follows a logical form
then it conforms with logic and can be called logical, but it is not based upon logic - just association.

you can practice logical habits, i.e. make an associative habit of the process.

sometimes just keeping straight what precedes what is logical enough for most people.
