I figured we could use a thread for everyone to share their body transformation pics and stories and help give others tips on how they can accomplish their goals.
I'll go first, I did strong lifts on a bulking diet for about 9 months and then started a low carb high protein cutting diet, 100% vegan by the way.
The before is skinny distance runner me at 135 pounds, the after is me at 168 pounds, My goal weight is 165 and should be there soon.
