From that video no one at all was really harmed.
That kid took those little taps like they were from a female .
I'm just stating that had the same situation been at my feet I would have in fact made sure someone was harmed. If I knew for fact what the truth was.
I would never hit anyone without circumstance.
So no but if the situation had been found out to be true then I would act accordingly .

Of course she can
But do you honestly believe 10 y/o females at anytime have/use reason to get out of a situation that is not optimal for them.
In such cases those who are older and are in full capacity of themselves and their abilities to survey the situation, must intervene and direct them the right way.
The ten year old, in fact, may have been in complete agreement with the whole thing.
That does not make it "right"
And she may very well suffer later in life due to poor early decision/choice making, decision makin that we can say may have been influenced by erroneous fellows such as the one depicted in said video. Yet I doubt she sees/knows/comprehends this at that time/state of mind. Therefore I would make it my duty to prevent what I analyze as being harmful acts/things/ideas/boys, best I can.
Or I could just let her grow up to be a sleazy whore like most people are in general.
Guess it matters what you think is correct and where you draw your line of "violation".
But my example would be the type of thing a true parent is supposed to do, use violence to protect his young.
