The road is a classic man boy love affair of the highest order. Highly recommended by members of NAMBLA.

Keep in mind if police intercept a package going to you they may arrest you to have you testify against the vendor who sent it to you... If high quality drugs are possibly worth 20yrs, 3 squares, a cot, and the ocassional shower sodomy to you than go for it..
Gotta risk it for the biscuits I guess though...

This. Not because it's uncool or you're a fag for asking questions, just because the forum doesn't need that kind of publicity. I'm sure you can understand that.

Yep, gotta risk it for the biscuits. Jail is possible with any sort of drug use/possession/acquisition. Ordering online is no different in this regard than copping from a street corner dealer or your best friend.
Only those who live in medical marijuana states and have doctor recommendations are immune from getting their cannabis without much fear of incarceration. They still have to fear jail/prison for other illegal intoxicants.

Actually ordering drugs online through encrypted services is pretty much a whole lot different.
The way you put it, if I sent a pound of grass too My friends grandmother and it was caught by customs she would be taken to jail? They have to prove intent. Anyone could send you something in the mail without your permission Hence why customs send a little letter to you saying you can come into get your package =] They need to know you requested or wanted it. If you don't know what they're talking about how could they prosecute you.
When it comes to buying drugs on the street, they catch you in possession. That's intent enough

I'm pretty sure involving the USPS can lead to some federal charges as well, though I agree getting drugs online is a better purchasing experience than trying random street level dealers.

That doesnt really make sense. Everything you know about the vendor is publicly available and the police can already find out themselves. The dealer is insulated from the buyer. The buyer is only exposed to the dealer through an address which is destroyed after delivery, and is otherwise insulated.

If I were to order something off fabric street....WHICH I HAVEN'T!!!! I would use the GPA tool to encrypt my address when ordering. I would also use a trusted vendor with good reviews.

My faith? What are you implying could happen exactly?
I dont think it matters what hackers or drug dealers do, there isnt much they will be able to get me to testify about and they know it. Its not like the drug dealer is going to give me their home address that I can tell the cops. Nothing a hacker is going to do will make any testimony I give more useful.
Ill testify against the vendor all I want, I wouldnt even consider that ratting really because there is nothing I could say even if I wanted too. My knowledge begins and ends with a publicly view able username.

The IRS wants compliance with you paying your tax. Nothing more. Nothing less. Since deductions other than cost of goods sold is not valid for illegal businesses you should report your full gross profit as income. You do not need to file a schedule C due to the incriminating nature of being a dope dealer and having to explain it in the event of an audit. You should report it as "other income" on page 1 of form 1040. You can take the 5th as to where the source of the income is from and that is satisfactory. Prostitutes or coke dealers commonly fill out their 1040's in this way. I'm a CPA. I also would never knowingly take on a client I know to be a professional criminal. Consult a tax attorney rather than a CPA for specific advise because your conversations with them are protected by confidentiality. Regards.
