It's certainly some type of mold. Dispose of that if you already haven't, it is done for. Keeping that around will do nothing but shit spores all over your house, making future grows harder.

really? how long do shit spores stick around? would a simple spray of the lysol can kill em?

Lysol will take out most of them on hard surfaces and good ventilation will remove most from the air. The problem is they tend to build up in fabrics like carpets and furniture and those places are difficult disinfect.
