We die because we live with unsustainable personalities

We never give in to our true self, so never wake up, it seems, until the body collapses under the pressure of its abuse.
Simply be yourself.
And that's death out the window.

You're saying the body would then live forever.

The body is the mind. It is just a scheme. The computer screen is connected to you in the same way your arms and legs are. There is no one inside the skin.

And yes.
Your body can exist and evolve forever.
Anything is possible and this doesn't even take much energy in the context of what's possible.

There's no way you could possibly know this.

I partially agree. I wouldn't say the body is the mind. The body is appearing in the mind.

Btw, circastes, most of the stuff you say I don't believe because you're here on the shroomery instead of doing all the cool, insane shit you say is possible.

I think one of the greatest teachings the Buddha gave was that even a Buddha dies.

I think the buddahs greatest teaching was who he was as an image, a man who says if you sit with nothing, you will find peace, wears the same thing everyday, peace is a actual place, we all go to, not a state of mind, its like da vinci said, "In rivers, the water that you touch is the last of what has passed and the first of that which comes; so with present time.” that is where peace is, we dream at night, and we cant control it, we dream during the day and can, but dream evil ideas and selfish unpure dreams, so IMO you're not crazy for wanting to smile, be happy, you're crazy for wanting to be mad
and I agree with you circastes, we should be ourselves always growing

I'm in a state of disbelief.
I suppose I can feel the impossibility of proving what is considered impossible, in a way we don't understand.
When I hit the town on foot, the things I see bewilder me, and I come home and return to my issues, usually letting them take over.
There is a horrible misbalance of forces in me.
The best thing for you to do is take at least this post for fact and try to reanalyse what I've been saying in terms of it.
You are extremely lucky to be able to see what I'm typing, I mean that with no violence or arrogance.
Take advantage.
It's a slipstream for you to higher consciousness. It comes at absolutely no cost to me.
Eventually you will get there/here but why not now?

I think many posters have been there and done that, and have moved on.
I'm not entirely sure though, that much has been made clear to me.
But one thing I've noticed is that nobody is really allowed to know anything, and thinking one knows something about something never turns out to be something.

And what happens when the sum of prima materia recedes back into the womb of the Father-Mother--when everything is dissolved into an undifferentiated state--and there is no longer any energy manifest with which to sustain a biochemical body?
The universe will indeed rule you. It will decimate your fantasy.
The realm of forms has a dormant period.

I've became one with everything, had crazy obe and lucid dreams, had weird visions, but instead of all that, today I went canoeing with my friend. Sometimes the simple things can be nice.

So much despair.
There is no escape.
That's what death anxiety is telling you...

Life is the illusion of a consistent form, maintained by the illusion of killing and devouring other forms. We pass off our form to the next bit of energy to hold the color. It doesn't matter if the form ever dies or doesn't, you'll pass on in a millisecond anyways.
Structure the form for the better, try to practice non-attachment, realize the illusion is powerful and the thoughts that resist your form are just as powerful, but ultimately just another illusion.
None of this shit matters.

My teeth grow long and sharp You have never died But you tend to forget This always happens The end is inevitable And in the transaction You take my place We are all one
