I'm pretty sure there are cops here. Yet I'm also quite confident that most of them are here because they enjoy psychedelics and/or want to grow mushrooms.

You also have to think of the resources involved. A regular old city cop in some random town isn't going to be able to do shit in another area. State cops or local Drug task force operations won't have the time or budget to deal with this shit and the feds have bigger fish to fry than some dude growing a couple pounds. Aside from that I doubt anyone here growing large quantity would ever give out their details to someone if they where serious about growing.
LEO knows some bust on the street or some other loose lip idiot will get caught from their own stupidity.
Of course, that does not mean there has never or will never be some kind of LEO on this site. But my guess it would be some random board cop looking for what he thinks could be an easy bust.

i used think the same, still do sometimes. i like to imagine that the cops who came here to investigate loved this site and the people so much that they quit the force and vowed to never arrest anyone for drug possession ever again.

i don't think there are cool and interesting cops that are the kind that would want to bust people for the mold in their basement
as far as busting for drugs goes i think there are two main mentalities of those cops/narc agents etc
1. fuckin derp christian who believes farmers and mycologists are evil
2. cops who would gladly profit off drug dealers asset forfeitures ( i.e. eat ur drugs and take yo money) also might be taking payments to not bust a certain dealer but bust all teh competition
anyways i don't think either would fit in too well in the shroomery especially since most psychedelics are hardly marketable in comparison to cocaine,heroin, methamphetamine and marijuana
so most users wouldn't be seen as high profile people for the cops steal from ( raid)

I highly doubt any cops who specifically intend to try to bust people make accounts with posts in the 1k+ range simply because of the time and energy and resources involved.
There are undoubtedly LEOs here though; as McLovin stated it's probably because they are interested in/use mushrooms.
