I've never tried anything else besides cubes. I never itched before that trip. I was thinking maybe Psychological symptoms and that's when I tried "Not thinking about it" and that's when I started focusing on other things and it turned into weird facial muscle movements. The mysteries of the fungi I suppose..

Ingesting certain molds can cause muscle spasms and long term health issues. I would see a doctor. Just tell him what happened. They don't care about the legality of what you do as long as you aren't hurting other people.
