your set up is a little suspect.. why not use a shotgun fruiting chamber?
I've never had a properly dunked and rolled cake completely re-covered in white myc so that I couldn't even tell it had been rolled.
your cakes might be suffering from not enough FAE (fresh air exchange).
your yields could be fantastic, but first, can we find out what you have going on as far as equipment, tek used, etc..?

How often do i fan and mist. I have the top on now. when it goes 12 under the light should i bag it to hold moisture?
This is old fc i moved cakes already
they have more room in this tub

Yeah. Less holes next time. But looks good  And I mist/fan twice a day but everybody will tell you different. Everywhere from once to 5 times. But I just do 2 and I'm and all set.

i dont know how far apart they are i just went at it
i used to fan 4 times when it was in the bag, theres a lot of holes but i left the cover without holes.

Why with no lid? It will not hold humidity. If the lid isn't clear just put the light to the side .

a dehydrator with heat takes 6-10 hrs to get shroomies cracker dry, usually....if the stem snaps like a cracker, than ur dry

How often did you mist your cakes? I'll be growing this strain after I'm done experimenting with Mexicana in a few weeks.
