Best ps2 games?

So I've got an old ps2 that I use to play dvds and ocassionally play games on it, usually when I am bored or depressed (or just really high). What are some must-have games? My favorite game and the only one I really ever play is Shadow of the colossus. Does anyone of any games similar to this one? Maybe Final fantasy? Are those good ones? What are some classic ps2 games I could find on Amazon?.. Thanks

If you liked shadow of the colossus then I would suggest Ico. (the spiritual predecessor)
Also if you like star wars then star wars battlefront is a must buy. Easily one of my favorite 3rd person shooters.
Mercenaries was a great game too. Cheats make it really fun.

If you like rpgs then Suikoden 3 and 5. Persona 3 and 4. SMT: Nocturne Final Fantasy X Kingdom Hearts 1 and 2
Shooters- Black Metal Gear Solid collection.
I'm really not sure how to classify Bully. Or Killer7
If you've got friends to play with definitely pick up Twisted Metal Black. That game is so much fun to play with friends. Its like the playstation version of smash bros if you made it a demolition derby with a group of sociopathic monsters.
-------------------- Men are born for games. Nothing else. Every child knows that play is nobler than work. He knows too that the worth or merit of a game is not inherent in the game itself but rather in the value of that which is put at hazard. Games of chance require a wager to have meaning at all. Games of sport involve the skill and strength of the opponents and the humiliation of defeat and the pride of victory are in themselves sufficient stake because they inhere in the worth of the principals and define them. But trial of chance or trial of worth all games aspire to the condition of war for here that which is wagered swallows up game, player, all. - The Judge

Can't go wrong with God of War or GTA: San Andreas
I also loved Silent Hill: The Room if you're into survival horror. There are several more but that was my favorite.
Burnout, Tony Hawk 3, Bloody Roar 2 & 3, and Baulder's Gate (WHERES #3?) are also games I remember fondly.
Man I miss my ps2

If you like rpgs then get rogue galaxy, dragon quest viii, and ffx xii. All three some of the best on the ps2. rogue galaxy and ffxii are generally underrated since they both came out basically when the ps3 was released and were thoroughly underplayed.

I was totally addicted to "Dark Cloud" at different points over the years. It has a lot of positive reviews because it's quite addictive and doesn't lose it's appeal unless you go and look up the different weapon build-ups online. Then it becomes kind of pointless.
