so i know i know... i'm always the bearer of bad news... but Blissed is in jail again. if folks remember several years ago he had a run-in in south Florida. then after that was over and he was still on probation he got pulled over (about 2 years ago) for not having his seat belt on and even though they hadn't suspended his license they had messed up all the records and long story short he had to go sit at the county jail to await extradition to Florida. FLorida never extradited and he got out but it was never resolved.
Blissed got drunk on the 4th and someone drove him home... but he had just moved from there lol so he walked back to the bar and sat outside in the chairs and fell asleep. the cops came later and arrested him for public intox. but he has a probation violation on top of that and now florida stuff all over again. this isn't cool =( so please keep him in your thoughts.

i know prisoner. it sucks... first there was clerical error in florida that messed things up and now they have made another here. his problem is in florida but they awaiting extradition from that county name in a different state. i don't know if that will help him or if it will just make the process take longer. he has a good job and just got promoted so i'm worried. he just moved to a new place a few days ago too so his roommate is kinda freakin about that. Then there is Elijah... poor kiddo. Guess i'll have to tell him Blissed is out of town =(

tell him to keep his head up. does he have a lawyer? was he actually on probation still, or is it because the FL case is all fucked up?

no lawyer. he stopped doing his probation stuff after florida didnt extradite him last time. so that is his bad =( he should have tried to get it all figured out because he was really close to being done with it.
i dont know what to do honestly. $1900 just for the probation violation which would have to be paid in full in cash before he'd be able too be bonded out on the public intox but regardless he still has that hold so he would still be sent to county and have to wait to hear if they want to extradite him. i'm hoping that the fact that they are waiting to hear from the wrong state is a good thing but i really think it will probably just make things take longer

i just talked to him briefly. his car keys are MIA and his windows are rolled down =( i have the little thingy to unlock the doors but i don't have the key which i need to roll them up. it has been storming here today and may start again so i gotta go make a miracle happen somehow. hopefully the keys are in it but no one has stolen it! i may have to sell his laptop and camera which i really dont want to do but he has got to get out of there. florida did not extradite last time so i have my fingers crossed that they wont this time either. as i was talking to him on the phone my toilet started overflowing... i cant seem to catch a break either.
