In my opinion the Muslim religion is fucking insane. Women covered up and treated like dogs, they have god damn stoning still in these places. They stone people. Barbaric. And yeah, they aren't all like that and every religion is crazy, but they have to be a way bigger majority than any other religion. I read a National Geographic a while ago, I still remember the title - "Islam's Bloody Borders" basically about how every Islamic country has fighting on it's borders for years and years now.
Give Iran and the Muslims what they want? I'd say they'd kill a whole lotta Jews.

The point is that those are not truly Muslim traditions. There is no decree in Muslim religion that says those things must be done in the name of Jihad, and also struggling war in the name of Jihad, which is what the fanatical terrorists really say, is not in the Quran, maybe in it's paste history, but not in the sense of what all faithful Muslim's should do.
However, no Muslim's have really come out to apologise of what a few fanatics have done to ruin their religion. I think they are all fanatical, with their Bhurkha, and all the rest of their bullshit. Honestly, if you were Christian, and a bunch of disgusting Italian Christians or some shit came out and started beheading people all over t.v., would you just be like, whatever? Or would you be apologising all over the place for what a few fanatics had done to give your religion a bad name? It's fucking disgusting, and personally, I don't care much for the religion.

Lots of the traditions of oppressing women relate to the tribal nature of the people that pre-dates Islam. Take a look at Turkey, they are +97% Muslim. Do they stone women, and behead people? No. There is a plurality of religions that coexist in Turkey.
Another thing to think about is that Islam is 640 years less experienced the contemporary Christianity. I know this is not entirely relevant but it should still be considered. What did Christianity look like in 1460? Probably pretty barbaric.
The problem is that most people who denigrate Islam for its supposed abuse mistakenly attribute tribal traditions to the divine call of Islam- its an attributional error.

I never claimed to know the true message of Islam, and I never specified who or what is perverting the message.
However, considering that it is an Abrahamic religion, the overall messages and themes are incredibly similar to Christianity and Judaism.
