I personally had a terrible germination rate from my seeds. Around 10% from 50 seeds. But hopefully I got 1 of each lopho var. diffusa, fricii, willie and hopefully koehresii. I need to find a better source for my seeds.
you need a better source.
fresher seed will yield a better germination rate.

Oddly enough we both have about the same germination rate, cause out of 6 only 1 has sprouted You were their through my peyote's opening debut, for that I would like to bless you with the best of luck
To everyone, cảm ơn bạn

hey psylo thanks for the compliment, i'm sure your seeds are viable, I thought my worn't over a period of time. then without checking up on it, 2 new ones appeared, with out a doubt I think its from the energy of the people who view this thread. maybe your seeds would like to travel around town with you, so it could recover from those days of being in storage. to rejuvenate their memory of being alive when they were still in the pods, therefore making them feel like they just got releases from their mother; physical appearance doesn't compare to state of mental well being. best of luck to your seeds, and i'm sure they'll come to you, return!

Good to see that you had more sprouts. I also had 2 more late sprouts though one is misshaped and weak looking and will probably die and another seems to have mold, 4 red dots. Keep up the good job.

:o that tree seems to be quite beneficial, I may have to get some seeds before august. As for the seeds, mine were from the Vancouver/Victoria seed bank, though there has to be other places then them that offer quality seeds. Hungry eyes, Par

Great to know that some more germinated, even though they may have a little issue, I'm sure they can grow through it. Warm thoughts, Par

With Cory, Trevor, Randy, Bubbles, and J-Roc all nestled in their home. I decided to add the rest of the seeds to see if we can finish off the family. With 5 Canadians making trouble, it's time to wait for the other 5 to remember their scripts, so this show can finally be filmed. Although the bastards have been relocated onto a shelf with different sunlight, I'm sure they will make use of the space. Anyways here is an update.
Temperature: 24.6c / 76.2f (the 22c globe dropped in the other thermometer) Clock: 4:56PM Sky: the morning had some thick fog, as the day progressed it became clearer then it just clear Food I have eaten today: Pizza, turkey sandwich, muffin, nectarine, water, bread w/cheddar, ruffles Sun: sunny

Time: 10:16PM Temp: 24.6c / 76.2f What: To keep with the theme of this thread, I have made a video on how to germinate peyote. Please mention anything that should be added to the descriptions of the video, so people are aware of issues that may occur when growing peyote in general. As well as criticizing the video of any misguiding information, and I'll be sure to correct it as fast as possible, thank you.
Pleasant dreams

Thanks for the support! I'll try and keep up with daily updates, but I tend to forget about them. Nonetheless, the cactus's appear to be growing well in their new spot, thanks to the different angle of light they get. The previous spot is now occupied with another terrarium full of cakes, so hopefully all goes well in the coming hours. Great to have you, ashfiken apart of this thread!
Update: Time: 3:01PM Temp: 22.2c / 71.9f Outside: It was an umbrella morning, subsiding to a cloudy afternoon Hmm: 1 of the newly introduced seeds may be opening Sound: In the distance someone is using a circular saw to cut wood. welcome to the club willo! keep them at high humidity for 3-5 weeks after being germinated, depending on your sprouts. Instead of taking the dome off immediately, poke small holes in the container. By gradually make more holes over a spread of 10 to 12 weeks, the humidity will drift closer to the ambient humidity. Once the humidity inside the container is the same as the room or wherever it's located, removal of the dome should not be an issue afterwards. As a reminder, the humidity in the winter is lower than it is in the summer, so be away of the changing seasons. Also they do not grow during the winter, so yeah. Good you have you aboard willo, hopefully we'll be seeing each other around in the Shroomery

Well I would like to say good evening to start things off, and a big hand of applause for the Berenstain Bears!
Time: Well the current time is 8:27PM and the sun is still out there, also the half moon is drifting along with it. Temperature: The garden needs water from these warm days of 25.9c / 78.6f, hope you have an umbrella. Currently: The Enbridge pipeline is driving not only British Columbians into protest about it, the Albertians want. What I think of this thread: It may help out people out in the future. Hmm: The morning glory plant in my room are interesting to look at, for instance the bottom side of the leaves are lighter in colour when compared to the top. Furthermore, they look like they are dangling from a twist-tie, in contrast to the sturdy thick stemmed out that is outside in full sunlight. Notably, the one outside develops a different leaf shape than the one inside, possibly from me accidentally yanking the shell of the seed off before it naturally dropped off. From this mistake part of the cotyledons were ripped from the beginning, making me assume that the cotyledon are the templates of how the next leaves will form. Besides the amateur mistake, it is interesting to compare plants in different environments. What's going on with the peyote?: From the four seeds that were laid, two have sprouted so far. It took some consideration to figure out if I should name it in association to someone I didn't know. But I believe it was the right decision How it's been: Last adventure: With the house occupied by other people, I went for a break in the washroom to relieve my urine. That wasn't the astonishing part, it was the salt in the mug northwest of the faucet that caught my attention. It is exposed to an open system, so water is constantly mixing with the solid, forming some sort of bond, possibly hydrogen bonds. I am not sure if this would be interesting to any of the people who follow this thread, nonetheless it was pleasant to analyze something other than myself for a change. With: The sun is dragging on and is casting a shadow on the south facing wall, and I believe this has been a pleasant update. I hope to see everyone around, regardless of our human limitations.
